About Jenne (ˈʤɛnə)
Jenne writes poetry and creative nonfiction, and she is currently at work on a hybrid project. After teaching face-to-face since 2007, Jenne is ready to try something new. She is currently enrolled in Bellevue College’s Technical Writing certificate course, and she plans to enter the sector in Summer 2019.
Jenne was born and raised in the Inland Northwest and calls the Pacific Northwest home. She lives bicoastally, with former residences in Washington, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Maryland. She currently lives in Washington and serves as adjunct faculty at University of Maryland University College and Southern New Hampshire University. In her free time, she enjoys watching lame sci-fi shows, hitting the gym, and adventuring around the Pacific and Inland Northwest. If you spot her out in the wild, make sure you wave and say hello.
As a proud alumna of SFCC (A.A), the University of Washington (B.A.), Boston University (M.F.A.), and the University of Oregon (M.F.A.), Jenne maintains that it is possible to support rival Pac-12 schools.
